No Minimum Order There is no minimum dollar amount for orders. Some items may have minimum quantity requirements. Minimums may also apply for specially priced items and custom products. |

Returns Policy In the event that you are dissatisfied with anything you purchase from us, excluding special orders, give us a call or write us to obtain a return processing form and an authorization number within 5 days of receipt. When returning equipment, items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging. New equipment should be tested for a few minutes in a controlled environment before normal use. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims on equipment not returned in original condition and/or original packaging. Handling Fee At Cleancodepot.com, we do not charge a standard handling or processing fee. However, there are instances when a handling fee may be assessed. For items that are bulky or above a certain weight, a handling fee may apply. UPS classifies some items as Hazardous. These items are subject to an additional handling fee. Hazardous items cannot ship via air, therefore these items can only be shipped via UPS Ground or other carrier. If handling fees apply to your purchase you will be notified during check-out or by a CleanCo USA customer service associate. |

Purchase Order & Net Terms CleanCo USA honors purchase orders and offers open accounts to qualifying customers. A PDF version of the application is available for download or you can email us to have an application sent to you. Once your credit application has been approved, you can email your order information to sales@cleancodepot.com or fax your order form to 877.606.6766. For your added convenience, an order form is available for download. All terms are Net 30. |

Sales Tax Information CleanCo USA does not collect sales tax on any item ordered by customers in all states except Florida. Orders being delivered within the state of Florida will incur sales tax on purchase and shipping charges according to Florida Sales Tax rules (with the exception of churches, non-profit organizations and government agencies). No sales tax is billed on orders to any other state within the USA. |

Shipping Policy Your order is shipping from the nearest CleanCo USA warehouse with adequate inventory levels to fulfill your order. This enables us to minimize delivery time and cost to you. Orders received by 12:00 noon EST ship on the same business day. UPS is used whenever possible; however, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, a common carrier will be selected to speed delivery to you. FLAT Shipping Rate: Cleancodepot.com offers a flat $12.00 rate for orders of 50 lbs. or less where all items are UPS Ground shippable. For orders over 50 lbs. there is an additional 50¢ per pound charge on each pound in excess of 50 lbs. FREE UPS Shipping: Cleancodepot.com extends FREE shipping on orders over $1,999.00 for Value Club members. Value Club membership is FREE and you can earn up to 5% cash back on your purchase. Learn more. Orders must ship within the contiguous United States. We reserve the right to choose the best method of shipment on all orders that qualify for Free Shipping. Note: In the event of loss or damage during shipping, the carrier who delivers the merchandise is responsible.
